Vaccination Requirements
All applicants for immigrant visas are required to have the following vaccinations if appropriate for age, medical condition or medical history:
A fiancé(e) applying for a K-1 fiance(e) visa is not required to fulfill this requirement at the time of his/her medical examination for a fiancé(e) visa. However, s/he may want to do so since these vaccinations are required when the foreign fiance(e) enters the U.S. and then applies to adjust his status following marriage to the U.S. citizen.
