2003 Poverty Guidelines for K1 visas 

 

 

K-1 visa fiance(e)s seeking to enter the US will need to use the  Affidavit of Support to show that their sponsor's income is equal to or greater than the  federal poverty guidelines. This is required under Section 212(a)(4) of the INA.
